She never planned to co-own a gym, but her journey to Iron House Strength & Conditioning was about friendship and community. Years ago, she met Jeff Black through a fundraiser for Brittle Bone Disease, which Jeff and her son Ryker both battle. Their instant connection led her to co-own Iron House. Without a traditional fitness background, her passion for community and belonging drove her.
